Buchanan Magazine Dumps Bush: American Conservative looks at options, Backs Constitution Party Candidate
Unfortunately, this election does not offer traditional conservatives an easy or natural choice and has left our editors as split as our readership. In an effort to deepen our readers’ and our own understanding of the options before us, we’ve asked several of our editors and contributors to make “the conservative case” for their favored candidate. The American Conservative is among the most consistently interesting reads out there these days. Anti-war, strongly in favor of a consistent American industrial policy against free-trade, committed to questioning the pieties of the free-market, these reactionaries are into one fascinating ideological experiment. And they’ve opted to dump Bush.Taki Theodoracopulos, the money behind the operation, allows senior members of the American Conservative crowd to make their respective cases and then concludes for Constitution Party candidate Michale Petrouka. Even serious right-wingers are getting off the ship.

…and in ironic future news, over 2,000 Florida ballots were claimed to have been incorrectly marked for John Kerry, when they were intended to be marked for Michael Petrouka.
Those Buchanan folks will help us yet.
