Fox Intimidating Voters?
A Fox television station in Tucson has been reporting that out-of-state students who vote in Arizona are committing a felony — and the station has gone out of its way to suggest that students who do vote will be caught and prosecuted.
Thing is, it is perfectly legal for students to vote where they attend school. Arizona state law only requires that people registering be a resident in the state for 29 days prior to the election.
Arizona is a swing state in the upcoming presidential election. Is Fox trying to intimidate a group of what are often assumed to be liberal voters? We report, you decide.
