		<description>Wow, what a *great* piece. Usually I have to poke and prod to decipher the propoganda of news articles such as this, but this one was so wonderfully transparent in its method and goals. I didn't even have to Google the Center for Consumer Freedom as I already know about that one. It's so fuckin' lazy for them to quote from that group. There are so many corporate-funded think tanks out there. The Center for Consumer Freedom mostly just lobbys to kill things like consumer protection, health, safety, and anti-smoking legislation. To quote from that group is just plain lazy. It's also a bit ironic to get a quote about underhanded funding from a group that is completely based on underhanded funding. I love how Planned Parenthood and the ACLU refused to talk to the Times. It makes it seem like they're hiding someing, when in fact those groups simply hate the Times for the scumbags that they are.
