A loud and continued uproar of many human voices.

Clamor Magazine is proud to announce the debut of Radio Clamor — our brand new one-hour audio magazine! Radio Clamor producer and host Catherine Komp introduces listeners to compelling audio works (documentary, fiction, collage) that have been carefully selected to complement the theme of the print issue of Clamor.

Radio Clamor: Volume One - We're All Going To Die

This installment for the death issue of Clamor is inspired by the fascinating, quirky, or sacred ways people and cultures deal with death. Volume one features eight segments, including: a sound collage of last words from Texas inmates executed during GW Bush's term as governor; one woman's quest to find answers to the question "How would you live your life if you knew the exact day and time of your death?"; Studs Terkel reading from his book Hope Dies Last; and a sound portrait of a young man who left behind beloved friends and family when he was struck by lightning one evening — and much more.
